1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the PrinterMake website, software, or services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform. These Terms may be updated periodically, and your continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of those changes.

2. Alpha Status Disclosure

PrinterMake is currently in Alpha development. You acknowledge that the software may contain bugs, performance issues, or feature gaps. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. Data loss may occur during system updates, and PrinterMake is not liable for the loss of any virtual assets or 3D world data.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

PrinterMake is a platform for creation. Regarding the content you build or upload:

Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to your original creations.
License to Us: By publishing content on PrinterMake, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you create. You must not publish content that infringes on third-party intellectual property, contains illegal material, or violates our community standards.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

Attempt to reverse-engineer or "decompile" the PrinterMake engine or Studio software.
Use the platform to distribute malware, phishing links, or spam.
Harass, bully, or impersonate other users or staff members.
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage or to disrupt services.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

PRINTERMAKE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. IN NO EVENT SHALL PRINTERMAKE OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
